Four Starr Fine Art Conservation and Framing is located in the Historic Velvet Mill on Bayview Avenue in Stonington, Connecticut. Owned and operated by Howard Park and his business partner, Sarah Seip, the Four Starr has been framing Stonington's most valuable art since 2003. In 2010, Four Starr began concentrating on conservation work and now frame for Yale and Brown Universities, as well as many other prestigious institutions. They enjoy the daily contact with the residents of Stonington but also satisfy customers from Boston to New York.

In addition to Conservation and Framing, Four Starr is a well known and successful gallery which hosts bi-monthly openings and showcases works by both local and national artists. Four Starr also has an extensive collection of Antiques and Curios, and a large selection of Secondary Market Pieces for sale.
